For example, you can load a page of the web site you are working on, to pick colors you
can't see in the HTML editor. Or to make illustrations, with the same colors as those in your
site.
This web page can be an online page, which you load by either : 
typing its URL address in the textfield provided.
or by pasting its URL address, using the Paste button.
Or it can be a web page stored on your hard drive a "local file", which you load via the Load button.
If auto-refresh is enabled, the local file will be automatically reloaded when it has
changed (i.e., when you save it).
You can also manually refresh it by clicking the small Refresh button 
.
